Prayer for healing miracles in the room of no hope, a true story of God's mercy in a Nigerian hospital. It was still mid-morning on a hot Nigerian day, but the temperature had already reached 98 degrees, and the mercury was rising with each tick of the clock. Nigeria would battle Greece in the World Cup later that night. Excitement and anticipation filled the air. The streets were busy and traffic leaving Lagos was heavy. (It didn’t take me long to figure out why the locals call traffic jams “go slows.”)

Leadership starts with you and requires you to lead by example and walk in it. It also involves creating a leadership culture. At every level, you have a certain measure of influence.

Even though the Holy Spirit speaks expressly, sometimes it takes us a minute to figure out what He is saying. That’s what happened to me when the Holy Spirit started talking with me about creating a leadership culture in our ministry. At that time, all I knew was we didn’t have enough leaders. The few we did have were overworked and on the verge of burn out.

Prophetic imagination has no boundaries and is never hindered by a lack of education. Consider this, with imagination you can enter the past and the future. Imagination is a wonderful tool to manifest the Kingdom of God in your life. Let me explain.

Christian leadership and the believer's influence are needed to advance the Kingdom of God. Every born-again believer has a governing nature. If leadership doesn't come out of the Church, where does it come from? Your spiritual nature is designed to govern. When Jesus ascended to heaven, he gave five gifts apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers.
